Just follow the instructions given below:
(for 1 cupcake)
- 4 TB(59 ml) Flour
- 2 TB(29.5 ml) Coco Powder
- 3 1/2 TB(51.5 ml) Sugar
- 1/4 TS(19.5 ml) Baking Soda
- 3 TB(44 ml) Milk
- 3 TB(44 ml) Oil
- 1/4 TB(3.5 ml) Vanilla essence
- Optional : Choco chip/ Nuts.
Step 1: Mix all dry ingredients in a microwave safe cup.
Step 2: Then add all wet ingredients and mix thoroughly until its a smooth and running liquid.
Step 3: Place mug in microwave and set on full power for 2 minutes. serve plain, dusted with sugar,with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Your Cake is ready to eat.
