5 TIPS FOR SMOOTH AND SILKY HAIR

What do you think denotes the health of your hair? Is it the strength, length or texture? It has also been considered as a parameter for beauty. To maintain this here, are some tips to make your silky, smooth and shiny.

 

1.) Condition your hair with almond oil.

Almond oil is very useful as it smoothens our hair as well as it gives nourishment to our hair. For this just mix 2-3 drops of almond oil into a coin size of conditioner and apply it from root to tip. Leave it for a few minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat this treatment twice a week so that it will make the hair sleek and straight as well as prevents it from becoming dry and rough.

 

 

2.) Use egg and olive oil.

The egg makes hair stronger and shinier whereas olive oil helps to keep hair well moisturized.  They also help to straighten your hair naturally. For this whip, two eggs properly and add four tablespoons of olive oil to it. Apply this mixture to your hair and scalp. Comb your hair and then rinse it off with a mild shampoo.

   

 

3.) Milk

Milk is known as a natural moisturizer and it also fortifies hair shafts and makes them smooth and frizz free. Take a spray bottle and pour 1/3 cup of milk (preferably coconut milk) in it. Comb your hair and then apply it and then again comb it. Leave it on for 30 minutes so that the milk is absorbed by your hair. You can also add honey if you want. Then wash your hair with a mild shampoo and apply conditioner.

 

4.) Use Aloe Vera as a mask

Aloe Vera is a natural remedy for silky hair. It also has a composition to keratin (the protein that’s the main building block of your hair), allowing it to easily penetrate the hair. For this dilute a small amount of aloe in a cup of warm water. Comb through hair, let it sit for 30 minutes, then rinse. Use this thrice a week.

 

5.) Apple Cider Vinegar

After shampooing and rinsing your hair, mix the apple cider vinegar, water, and essential oil (optional) into a plastic bottle. Pour the rinse over your entire scalp and allow mixture to run through your hair. Be careful to avoid contact with your eyes and let mixture sit in hair for 1-2 minutes.
