Aloe Vera is a well known 1 to 2 feet plant, grown in Topical Climate. Aloe Vera belong to the genes_ Aloe and species_ Aloe Barbadians, easily found as indoor potted plant.

Aloe Vera is cactus like structured with juicy green leaf having sharp edges, coated with flashy clear gel used from thousand of years for medical and beauty purpose.

It contains many vitamins like (A,C,E) Calcium, Magnesium, Protein, Sodium,  Iron, Potassium, etc..

How to use it:

The outer green part of the leaf is not used. Usually,  the base of the leaf and prickly edges are peeled off ( the outer green part of the leaf) and  than the gel is collected  in a container for future use.

aloe Vera have oldest plant use for medical purpose,it has healing soothing effect, boost immune system.

Internal use:

 Aloe Vera is used for all Gastrointestinal disorders like Ulcer, Gas, Flatulent and is also an effective remedy for Cardiovascular diseases and blood sugar regulatory . Aloe Vera regulates the  pH level of the body, can be used in Urinary infection, Irritation, Arthritis, UTI, Eye, Ear infections also . Aloe Vera is rich in mineral, Vitamin, Boost immune system and  help in weight loss. Daily consumption of Aloe Vera juice lower the rick of cancer and heart attack.

External use:

Aloe Vera has antibacterial, antimicrobial and anti inflammatory effects. It is the primary product used in cosmetic industries and products like Shampoo, Moisturizer, Cream, Shave gel, Rash cream, Body lotion, Sunscreen lotion etc., due to its various topical benefits. Aloe Vera has moisturizing effect on the body. Due to its dermatological quality it is used in Skin Scar, Burn, Eczema, Dermatitis including Tooth Acne, Tooth decay and it promotes Healthy Gum and Teeth as well as promote hair growth and cure Scalp diseases, Crack heel, Acne, reduces high pigmentation. 

If the juice is taken empty stomach daily, it is very good for skin, Hair and Internal organ .
