This is such an easy cookies. You don’t need special equipment, no creaming — a perfect cookie to do with kids.
We love how versatile this dough is, too. It makes an awesome cookies with only three basic ingredient.
You will need-
- 2 ¼(approx. 532ml) cups of all purpose flour.
- ½(approx. 118ml) cup fine sugar.
- ¾(approx. 177ml) cup butter at room temperature.
- And granulated sugar for coating (optional).
Step1: Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy using whisk or electric mixer.
Step 2: Then add all-purpose flour into it until mixture resembles crumb texture.
Step 3: Make a dough form through your hands and shape the dough into a long rectangular or any shape of your choice.
Step 4: Then sprinkle raw sugar on parchment paper (or cling film) and wrap the dough.
Step5: Freeze or refrigerate the dough about 30 minutes.
Step6: cut the dough into pieces (around 1cm thick).
Step7: Pre heat the oven at 325F (162C), Bake for 20 minutes until light brown.
