This glowing skin smoothie is not only energy boosting and delicious, it has dramatically improved my skin tone. One of my favorite smoothie recipes, by far. I drink it 6-7 times per week.
Glowing Skin Smoothie.
- 1 1/4 Cold Apple Juice (300ml)
- 1 Banana, sliced
- 1 Kiwifruit, sliced
- 5 Frozen Strawberries
- 1 1/2 Tsp Honey (6 ml)
Add all of the ingredients to the blender. Blend on high for at least 3 minutes or until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
