TIPS FOR HEALTHY & SHINEY HAIR

We all know beauty lies in healthy and attractive hair. Just like inner supplement required for healthy immune, hair also required nutrition for healthy hair, mean a healthy diet a healthy you.
Hair is made of protein, collagen give it elasticity, healthy diet  rich in  vitamin, mineral gives you healthy, shiny, lustrous hair.
Here are some tips which u can follow to get most attractive and  beautiful hair.

1. EGG

Hair is made up of protein; so protein rich diet like egg, sprout, soybean, avocado etc…in daily diet is necessary for healthier hair.Egg is rich in protein, vitamin, biotin which is needed  for healthy hair growth.Weakly application of egg white on hair gives you super straight, shiny hair for very long time.

Method:Take one egg white in a large bowl add 1 tablespoon on almond oil or olive oil add half lemon on the mixture and mix well. Comb hair and apply mixture from root to tip. Cover hair with shower cap and leave it for 20 to 25 min and shampoo your hair with lukewarm water. Too much hot water cause your hair damage, therefore it should be avoid.

2. BEER

Beer also give shine to hair. After shampoo wash hair with beer then cover with towel for 15 to 20 mins., then rinse off with plain water.

3. YOGURT

Take 1 cup of yogurt according to the hair length, take 1 tablespoon of aloe vera juice, mix well and apply the mixture. Cover head with shower cap and leave it for 30 min then rinse it off.



4. OILS

Mix 1 teaspoon of Olive oil, Coconut oil, Almond oil, Sesame oil mix well.  Warm the oil and massage onroot to tip, leave it over night rinse the next morning with lukewarm water.

5.BANANAS

Mash 1 banana in a large bowl, make paste of mixture through grinding. Apply the paste on hair, leave it for 30 min then rinse it.

6. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

ACV normalize pH level of scalp. After shampoo mix 1 tablespoon of ACV and water in mug, pour it on hair from scalp to tip. Leave it for 2 min then rinse it off with plain water.

7. AVOCADO, HONEY MASK

Mash avocado in 1 tablespoon honey, mix well, apply the mixture, leave it for 20 min, then rinse it off.

8. ONION JUICE

Take half cup of onion juice, massage on the scalp and wash it with normal water. It will promote hair growth for sure.

These are some of the  tips for healthy hair. Eat healthy diet with lots of water. Avoid chemicals and hair colors as much as possible. Too much combing and use of hair dryer or straightener cause splinting; hence it should be avoided.
